New CX-9 While I do love my car the deal was closed late in the evening. After test driving a CX-9 in grey I decided to go with a dark blue model. I looked around at it.....liked the color and closed the deal. Left way past 9 and all decided to come back the next morning to go over the car and learn all the functions etc. while driving back I noticed there was over 250 miles on the car. MY BAD for not thinking to ask. I just assumed it was NEW. I would expect some miles on it but that seems excessive for a new car!! Dealer said it was probably driven from dealer to dealer and had a lot of test driving.....🙁 More

Got used car I got a used car that was on the cheap. The car we had started going quicker than we expected. Sales rep and manager were friendly and easy to wor I got a used car that was on the cheap. The one thing that dropped my rating to a three was when I asked was the oil changed on the car as I didn’t see a sticker in the upper corner when I did a quick test drive. Was told that they change the oil in all their cars when they leave out. I should have checked while I was there, that is on me. I checked at home and the oil was really low and dark. While i get three free oil changes from the deal that I signed before knowing, it was the point that what I was told didn’t happen. Maybe the sales rep thought it was and didn’t get done, but it was I trusted that it was done, to only find out it wasn’t. Still check them out but recommend following up with what you ask. More
