Bamboozled Brought my car in to get the brakes checked since I was sent a coupon from the dealership and my brakes had not been checked since I owned the car. A Brought my car in to get the brakes checked since I was sent a coupon from the dealership and my brakes had not been checked since I owned the car. After inspection of the brakes, the service guy said I could continue to drive since had some life left in the pads or could replace sine would have to probably be done within the next few months. Since I was there I chose to have them replaced and planned to use my $119 brake pad special coupon. After an hour, the service dept. called and said that the replacement of brake pads would cost almost $500 because when they replace the pads, THEY "typically" break the rotor or some other part in the pad replacement process???? I was then told that they also checked the rear drums and there was some dust build up that they could brush off for another $300!!! My wife and I are planning on trading in soon for new cars but after being bamboozled by the service department, we'll go somewhere else from now on for new cars AND service!!!!!!!!! And buy the way, after paying nearly $500 FOR BRAKE PADS, they didn't even wash my car! More

I was disappointed when car inside was not cleaned, I found a half eaten cookie, crackers and other garbage. It wasn't vacuumed and leather seats had dirt on them. AJ took it and did a 5 minute cleaning but I expected it should have been done already and much better. Thanks More
