great I wanted to say I am very happy with my experience at Russ Darrow. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable in explaining each of the vehicle's. Don't care about customers on the phone Called at 550pm to make a appt for Saturday. Left me on hold for 11min then operator comes back on 601 the service dept closed, call back tomorrow mor Called at 550pm to make a appt for Saturday. Left me on hold for 11min then operator comes back on 601 the service dept closed, call back tomorrow morning! Will never bring my car there again. Will be looking for a new mazda dealership. Like Mazda but not this service dept. Buying a new mazda end of year..you won't get my business!! More
