Very disappointed. I got mail from manufacture Mazda about recall (something with airbags) but there wasn’t any problems with my vehicle (Mazda CX-30 2025). I brought my vehicle to the service they did change the oil and filters and fix this manufacture recall thing, after service same day check engine light turned on, I brought the vehicle back, they start sending to me every day different videos with different problems, then they lost for two weeks, after 2 weeks they call me and tell me that the reason is bad gas E55 send me a picture with wired can with like they sad the gas from my vehicle, and this is not warranty this my responsibility and they charge me almost 1200$ for repair… I don’t believe in coincidence… Me and my wife put the gas on same gas station for a long time nothing happened before with all three our vehicles. I put gas in this vehicle 3 days before service I didn’t have any issues, everything was great, after service I didn’t put any gas same day check engine same day bring the vehicle back. I also talked to manager on the gas station there is no problem at all with nobody. I like Mazda and like Russ Darrow, this is the first time when they did what they did, but this is not ok. Very disappointed. Do not recommend this service. More

Felt parts costed really high … online searched and saw that there were sites offering same genuine parts at lower cost that there were sites offering same genuine parts at lower cost More

Everyone was friendly. Tim was very helpful and answered most of our questions. When he didn't know the answer he found someone who did. The number one and only reason I keep my Mazda is Bruce Carrick. He is the best person I have come across! He follows up on the service that is and had been performed on the vehicle! I found theBruce to be very professional and felt I was not being talked down to as a woman … however when I paid she was very abrupt, and very unfriendly… just flat answers ,not trying to be thankful for not being talked down to as a woman … however when I paid she was very abrupt, and very unfriendly… just flat answers ,not trying to be thankful for my business… definitely could do better at that window! Annoyed to get an email that I have a recall one day after I’ve been there … what’s up with that ??
