Purchased my Jeep from them in 2021. Decided to give them another chance when my AC went out. Of course paid an obscene amount of labor cost but noticed a bolt and two plastic console covers laying on the floor of the back seats when I got home. Attention to detail and completing the job correctly the first time would keep my loyalty to the dealership but that’s not the case here. I’ll be using other service shops in the future. More

Unfortunately we’ve had vehicles in serval times and the problems are unresolved. Our radio is still not working and now the speakers are cutting out. Those are the most recent in the last 6 months. We’ve also had an oil change go very wrong that we just let Jiffy Lube fix because it wasn’t worth the effort of arguing and telling us there’s nothing wrong, AGAIN. Very sad, we’ve been buying vehicles from your establishment for the last 32 years. I’m not sure what good it is to have a warranty if no one can ever find what needs to be warranted! We will not return to buy another vehicle, the service center just makes it not worth it. More
