I wanted to try internet car shopping and , I ran in to Danise Molina she is not a sales person she is a good listene Lets go back about 2 years ago. I wanted to try internet car shopping and , I ran in to Danise Molina she is not a sales person she is a good listener so after few hours I was out with new pilot .Danise called time to time to see how I am doing and any issues with car and some time about the specials dealer ship is offering on accessories or services. I call Denise about two weeks ago and gave her a difficult task, find a car for my wife.(good luck) and guess what the color ,model,interior everything was there like it was custom order.We got there she helped us to negotiate very reasonable price , she is very calm I was not pressured at all that I must have to buy the car since she been helping me ,shes answer all our question with constant smile.She was well aware of the car's mechanical and luxury features including radio features and cameras. If I need another car I will not waste my time to go and see other dealer ships .Danise is at Russel and Smith.I should say everyone was friendly even finance department. (Danise showed up at the dealer ship at her day off ) More

Honda pilot My growing family needed a 7 seater vehicle. Russel smith was the first dealer ship I stopped at because well, it was very close to where I live. I planned to scope other places that day as well. However we met with Selam right outside in the parking lot. She proceeded to show us the inventory. Long story short, we were there for the next 5 hours due to exceptionally high number of people in the showroom buying cars. This lady selam actually was the only thing that kept us from walking out. She was great, courteous and hospitable. She kept calm through out, made sure we walked off with a honda pilot. Russel smith give her a raise!!!!! More
