Out experience with Brian M. was absolutely 5-Smiles. Am naturally skeptical about car sales people and Brian won me over in about a nano -second. He is one in a million! Was told at time of purchase they would mail 2nd Fob and title work. That never happened. I called their title office twice leaving detailed messages and return phone number. ZERO return calls. Emailed title work. That never happened. I called their title office twice leaving detailed messages and return phone number. ZERO return calls. Emailed salesman, no reply. My spouse called three times back to back to back and said she would not leave a message because no one would return calls. Finally got ahold of salesman and I had to go pick up fob and title work because I would trust them to do anything. PATHETIC SERVICE!!! More
