Salesman Colin was great as well as the sales manager. Brian in finance seemed like he was miserable working there and made me feel stupid to not buy an extended warranty. Also I had to go back to service Brian in finance seemed like he was miserable working there and made me feel stupid to not buy an extended warranty. Also I had to go back to service from Osage Beach and wait over two hours because I had a key fob that didn’t work that should have been caught by the 172 point inspection. Three and a half hours out of my day to get a key fob? Ridiculous. Good dealership but some areas need work More

Everyone we worked with was very attentive to our needs as a family after wrecking our vehicle and dealing with insurance before purchasing the new one. We love this dealership and so do our kids (dip n do as a family after wrecking our vehicle and dealing with insurance before purchasing the new one.
