Had some problems with the work not getting done last week due to a parts issue. The service department rapidly located the parts and scheduled the work for yesterday. Brought my 2021 Acadia to the sho week due to a parts issue. The service department rapidly located the parts and scheduled the work for yesterday. Brought my 2021 Acadia to the shop early Wednesday morning, used the courtesy driver to bring me home and to bring me back when the work was complete. All work was complete and my vehicle returned around lunch. Rusty Drewing redeemed themselves. More

Left the wiper fluid empty. Cleared the check engine code to hide the fact that the O2 & heating sensor are out.I asked about the battery and they told me it was fine,I’ve now ha Cleared the check engine code to hide the fact that the O2 & heating sensor are out.I asked about the battery and they told me it was fine,I’ve now had it due on me 3 times in the first week.The brakes feel like they’re close to being out, and the ac gives off a funny smell that I’m suspecting is the cabin air filter being moldy/filled with junk,they were not honest about the vehicle and tried to hide it, then didn’t answer me when I tried to get ahold of them about it. More
