Very unhappy customer I walked into this dealership to schedule a time to bring my truck in to check why the check engine light is on. I have to add the motor was completely replaced only 4 weeks prior. I also need to add the work was done in Connecticut as I travel for a living. First question was did we do the new engine. I told them it was done in Hartford Ct. he proceeds to tell me there will be a 149.99 diagnostic charge. Are you kidding me just to look at the truck. I then asked well ok will that fee be applied to any repairs that may need to be done. I was told no it is the diagnostic fee any work will be extra. So I left who in their right mind will pay 149.99 just to have an engine that is guaranteed for 3 years looked at. I walked out. Well a week later I called them and explained I was there last week and the conversation we had. I then said if I come in for an oil change ( by the way always around 120.00$) Will they at least check it out and see why the engine light is on. Again I was told nope 149.99 to diagnose the issue. I'm floored to think this dealership can practice this policy. I've worked in at least 42 states and have had my fords serviced in probably most of them and I have never been told there is a 149.99 fee just to look at my truck. I hope the locals are not paying this crazy fee but what may be worse is if this is their practice to out of towners then shame on them. . I called another dealership in town and they were more than happy to take a look free of charge even booked me for a Saturday due to my work schedule. More

He was extremely frie I had a wonderful experience with my last purchase at Rusty Eck Ford. I purchased a used F-150 FX4. My salesperson was Brian. He was extremely friendly and easy to work with. I loved the truck from the moment I saw it so I knew that I was going to get it. Paperwork went smoothly. They were very fair on my trade, a 2015 Toyota 4 Runner. The truck was clean and ready to go. Finance was quick. I worked with Gabe and again he was very friendly. In all, my experience was great. I got the truck I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I would recommend this dealership easily. More

Sales Manager! The sales manager gave me 19k for my trade in and my back has told me the trade in value for my truck was 24k so they have screwed me out of 5k and th The sales manager gave me 19k for my trade in and my back has told me the trade in value for my truck was 24k so they have screwed me out of 5k and then i told them where i wanted my payments and the only thing they did was extend my loan out for 84 months instead of 72 months. worst customer service they i have experienced. I even tried to call the manager directly and he laughed in my face and did not want to work with me. I will never be buying a car from this place ever again!! More

The service man was Shawn. In addition, they test drove the vehicle and advise of other possible service that might be needed. This was greatly appreciated and I am very satisfied. Thank you. Exceptional Service from Adriane Correa I recently had my car serviced at Rusty Eck. Adriane Correa was my service coordinator, and she was outstanding to work with! I took my car in to have my backup camera repaired, but I knew that my low tire pressure light was on. I didn't mention this to her, but when I picked up my car, they had put air in my tires. I didn't ask for this service, but they saw a problem and fixed it for me at no charge. I was very impressed by the service. They didn't need to put air in my tire, but they cared enough to do so! They really cared! I have done business in the past with another Ford dealership in Wichita, and I was treated poorly and with disrespect. Adriane was so kind and extremely helpful. I highly recommend her and Rusty Eck Ford. Thank you, Adriane! More
Best Service Department (Quick Lube) in Wichita! 10 Stars!!! I have had all of my cars serviced here at the Quick Lube in Wichita for over 20 years. The service by the techs has always been excellent/superior/e I have had all of my cars serviced here at the Quick Lube in Wichita for over 20 years. The service by the techs has always been excellent/superior/exceptional! and likewise with the customer service from the personal advisors. The prices are competitive, and I have always been able to get in and out in the same day. Marcus ("Mack") McIntyre has been my latest personal advisor, who always provides exceptional customer service with a smile, listens intently to all of my needs, always talks about the service so the person can understand what he is talking about, and offers tech service suggestions as options, without any pressure. I have observed Mack's distinguished professional service time and time again, not only with myself, but with all other customers as well. I recall last year during an ice storm that my brakes had worn down to the rotors, and the techs and service advisor Manny stayed over 2 hours after closing hours, just to make sure I made it home safely. I cannot say enough nice things about the exceptional tech & personal advisor customer service I have received from the Quick Lube service department. Thumbs up! & 10 Stars for the team! More
