Soooo much better than "buy here/pay here" I am not an easy person to talk to, especially when I'm mad; but after leaving one of those low class places I found the last dealership I will probab I am not an easy person to talk to, especially when I'm mad; but after leaving one of those low class places I found the last dealership I will probably ever use. I told Ben Benage I wasn't happy because I didn't like being treated like an idiot. He found out exactly what I wanted and understood that my credit wasn't the best. I took his sarcasm in stride when he quipped, "We aren't the number one Ford dealer for nothing." I had gotten used to hearing lately, we don't have what you're looking for but he did, however, offer something in consolation. I was hesitant about a newer Superduty, but agreed to look at it. Needless to say, it was my dream truck on steroids. I drove it, and really liked it. The part I dreaded worst was next; the negotiation and being told no because of my credit score. Ben got the numbers right and we went to Billy. Ben and Billy are the nicest guys I have done business with ever buying a vehicle. Ben was really amazing next when he put momma in a brand new car also. We both drove away in a great ride, with the best sales experience ever. Friendly, sense of humor, and hard working are the best way I can describe the two gentlemen that made a twelve year old dream come true. More
