Dear Liz79, We do apologize for the experience mentioned in your review. It is true that you will receive a minimum of $5000 for any vehicle traded in any condition, running or not, within the stated program periods. It is also true that you can only trade one (1) vehicle per transaction. You cannot trade three (3) vehicles which would total $15,000 against 1 transaction. You have made very public statements about your attempt to purchase a vehicle and the unsatisfactory outcome of the transaction. We are sorry for your frustration.
