If there are any additional repairs or changes he immediately advises you and gives you a logical reason why the additional repairs are necessary for the changes on necessary. Just Horrible I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately that isn't an option. I was lied to, given the runaround. They promised to give me a 2nd key for my bran I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately that isn't an option. I was lied to, given the runaround. They promised to give me a 2nd key for my brand new fusion and failed to do so. Nobody gave a xxxx about showing me how to work anything inside my vehicle. I can't even set my radio stations. I called up there 4 times asking for someone to go over sync with me and haven't heard back. They also sent me away in a car that had scratches all up and down it as well as hail damage they told me was just "lot damage" I was hesitant to leave in the car but was assured the damage would be taken care of.. here is is almost 5 weeks later and haven't heard a word back from anyone. After hearing all the horrible talk about eck ford I should've stayed away... really kicking myself now. Stay away at all costs. More

AND SPEAKING WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER GOT ME NOWHERE. HE WAS SURPRISINGLY RUDE. More
