great service during a busy time I had a great time at the dealership. Adriane told me the 10k check told take about an hour, it was done in halt the time and done right. Glenn met us in the Service Bay and already had the check in processed and service arranged prior to our arrival. We decided to step across the street for lunch while waiting for the service to be complete. Upon return, we found the vehicle was completed and again Glenn was Johnny on the spot with the completed paperwork and we were on our way in a very short time. He also answered the questions I had about the sports option that came with my 2014 Fiesta. He was very knowledgeable about the feature and took the time to answer the question thoroughly, as well as giving me his card in case I had any additional questions later. SO many places just rush you out the door once they have you money and this is NOT that kind of place. The customer service I received from James that day far exceeded my expectations and I recommend their service department to anyone and everyone! More
