Great Customer Service I live in Indiana and my daughter is in Wichita at school. She had a problem that needed fixed so I called the service department and spoke with Chris. He helped me with everything I needed to get my daughter's car fixed from towing to finish. Good Service Department!! I took my vehicle in for service at Rusty Eck Ford in Wichita. The dealership's waiting area had very good amenities. Brandon Kennedy, one of the customer service managers, was great to work with. He kept me updated during the hectic afternoon and provided good recommendation on what my vehicle needed. There have been only three dealerships I've been to in the last ten years I've owned my Ford vehicle (which has not often needed service) - Rusty Eck Ford was my favorite one of the three. LIARS AND CHEATS i went in there looking for a car and sure enough i found one but when it came down to the paper work and the trade in process i had told not only my i went in there looking for a car and sure enough i found one but when it came down to the paper work and the trade in process i had told not only my sales rep but also his manager that i if they couldnt pay off the balance of my trade in i didnt want to make a deal. They reassured me that they will pay it off and not add it to my new car loan that i was about to get. Next i spoke with their business manger that went over the detail of the contract, which again i asked if they were going to pay off the trade in not add it to my loan (during this time they were having a sale for trade in) he reassured me everything was taken care of, went over the contract again and sure enough they added the balance to my new loan went back to discuss and they had the nerve to say no we cant cover the all amount and theres nothing i can do about it .. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALSHIP TO ANY FRIENDS FAMILY NOT EITHER STRANGERS!!!! More
