The gratitude and thanks we felt for Pete, a manager and Zach, service consultant, are beyond words. Pete recommended a hotel that would allow our German Shepherd and her side-kick, a Chihuahua as guests. He also assured us that Zach, and his diesel expert in the service department, would assess the problem first on Monday. He resolved the issue that morning and we have not had a further problem.
