They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He gave us that extra little personal touch and made sure that he kept us updated on the progress of our truck. There was a computer issue (running slow) and he was very apologic, although it was not his or his teams fault, but he wanted to make sure we were comfortable while we waited and he did not go to lunch until he was sure we were taken care of. Another job well done! I got into my car on a Friday morning and I got a warning message for service. I called into the dealership and spoke with Adriane.
