He was concerned with getting it exactly right, and went to great lengths to Doug Ford helped us find the truck that had all the features we needed. He was concerned with getting it exactly right, and went to great lengths to try to meet all of our requests. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive, but was not overbearing or pushy. We also received really helpful assistance from Ken Sens, who went out of his way to help us set up our Ford Pass app and explain many of its functions. Doug followed up with us the next day and took the time to answer a couple of minor questions. The day was a little bit frustrating because of short-handed staff in finance, so we were there a long time, but that was not anyone's fault. Overall, we walked away happy with our purchase and pleased with the experience. More
