I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Rusty Eck Ford and I highly recommend this dealership, and in particular, Bridget Eby, my salesperson. My 14-yr old minivan died just before Christmas which put me out on car lots at a very busy time. I looked at cars at 5 different dealerships and drove cars from four of them. The staff at Rusty Eck stood out in every way - they were very knowledgeable about their vehicles, they were helpful without being pushy, they gave me a good deal and they went above and beyond to make the experience a pleasant one for me. Bridget recognized that I was having a tough time deciding and even though she knew I was considering other dealerships, she never pressured me and in fact told me to be sure to get what I wanted. I found patient, knowledgeable assistance at every step of the process - Allan Rupp in the financing office answered many questions - and even after the purchase was made, customer service continued, with Danielle THomas helping me learn to use the sophisticated electronics. I am convinced that the General Manager, Craig Minten, has set the tone from the top: customers matter. More
I went to Rusty Eck after making my rounds to a few other dealerships, and at one point knew that I would not be leaving without buying a car that day. Aran was a wonderful person to work with, he was profes dealerships, and at one point knew that I would not be leaving without buying a car that day. Aran was a wonderful person to work with, he was professional without being pressuring. He helped me to find the perfect car for my lifestyle and budget, and I couldn't be happier with my new Ford Fiesta. I will definitely recommend Aran and Rusty Eck to all of my friends and family after such a positive experience. More

Recently purchased a 2011 Ford F-150 from Mark Pfannensteil and received outstanding service and great value on my purchase. Mark is not your typical car salesman- he was very enjoyable to work w Pfannensteil and received outstanding service and great value on my purchase. Mark is not your typical car salesman- he was very enjoyable to work with, as there was absolutely no pressure to get into a vehicle. Mark met me on the lot as I was looking at several trucks and in no way did he pressure me to test drive a vehicle. Mark worked on the deal for many hours with Sales Manager Robert Armstrong and both had the customer in mind during the entire process. Mark is a values-based salesman and should be sought out by all prespective buyers at Rusty Eck. I also went to Mel Hambelton Ford, where the customer service did not measure up to what I received with Mark and Robert at Rusty Eck. More

My wife and I have been dealing with Stuart in the service department at Rusty Eck for several years. We had a 2007 F150 that when under factory warranty the transmission failed. All of the staff was very friendly and seemed totally focused on our happiness. It took a little longer then we wanted but we did throw the wrinkle in the transaction in changing our mind and purchasing both pickups. We are pleased with our deal and they are even delivering both pickups to our home which is 4 hrs. from Wichita. I would recommend Richard Paquette and Rusty Eck Ford to anyone, it is well worth the drive to Wichita! More
