I went in to Rusy Eck Ford to purchase a new vehicle. I met with Richard Paquette, salesman. Rick had been recommended to me. Rick asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle. Rick talked to me about the Ford Edge. We went out on the lot and looked at the Edge, Rick showed me the inside of the vehicle, showed me the accessories and all the information that is on the dash. I told Rick that was the vehilce I wanted. We drove it, then went in and did paper work. Rick told me that if my husband didn't like the vehicle when I brought him back he would void the paperwork and we would look at something else.Rick finished his part and had me talk to Greg Delong. Mr. Delong went through all the paperwork with me. I told Rick and Greg I needed to go home, get my husband and the vehicle we were trading in. When we returned to the dealership, the Edge was sitting out front washed, vacummed out and a full tank of gas. We went in and met with Greg and finished the paperwork. Rick showed my husband the vehicle and went through everything with him just like he had showed me. I took the Edge back for some service and was given a loaner vehicle. Rick, Greg and the staff in the service area were very friendly and easy to work with. I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle, and feel we got a good deal on the Edge.
