I've had problems with getting a loner vehicle Is a concern Because I've been told when making an appointment that I had a loner car at the time and when I bring my vehicle in for service only to b concern Because I've been told when making an appointment that I had a loner car at the time and when I bring my vehicle in for service only to be denied when I arrive it has happened several times in a roll. I normally have wonderful service here but my last visit did not go so well. I expressed my concern about my driver side back brake caliper and the damage to it that had not previously been spotted by any s did not go so well. My brake pads on this caliper were significantly different levels of wear ( one was completely gone scraping and the other was full, basically brand new) and even showed my service tech and he didn’t even say anything about the damage.
