So many issues. Took over a month to get everything completed, after I was told 3 separate times that the part they were ordering would fix everything. Well, I'm still having issues. This has been an o completed, after I was told 3 separate times that the part they were ordering would fix everything. Well, I'm still having issues. This has been an ongoing problem since September. Service dept i had to call several times for an update as I could not drive the loan car out if state and I work out of state a lot. I asked to have the sales team to contact me because I no longer trusted the car and wanted to buy a new one....no one to this day has called me back. I filed a complaint....no one has contacted me again. I will never buy a kia or recommend one especially from Alcoa. More

My experience at Kia was exceptional. Was very easy and quick to get an appt and with it being my first time there everyone was available and great about telling me what to expect. Although the issue with my door was not fixed at my first visit they did get this taken care of and also the technician notified me of an issue with my airbag that was an item listed as a recall, I was not a visit they did get this taken care of and also the technician notified me of an issue with my airbag that was an item listed as a recall, I was not aware of this since I’ve only had the car for a short time. Dealership had to keep my car for a few days to fix transmission, but they were so very nice and accommodating. Went so far as to pay for a rental and drive me to the shop.
