Kia did the 45,000m service on our 2017 Soul and checked out a rattle we thought may have been in the left front wheel area. Alex jiggled the steering wheel to see if that was the noise we heard. After the regular service, it was checked for the rattle. The initial diagnosis was confirmed and the part was ordered. When we returned a week later to fix the rattle, we received a loaner car & a prompt call when the repair was done. We are very pleased with the Kia service team. More
