Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa - Service Center

This dealership had my vehicle for over a month. I took my Kia Sorento to them after spending many hours of my own troubleshooting the issue. When I took it to them, I described exact how to replicate the my Kia Sorento to them after spending many hours of my own troubleshooting the issue. When I took it to them, I described exact how to replicate the issue and everything I had done. After two weeks without a call from them, I called them only to find out they couldn't replicate the issue because they refused to listen to the issue or how to find it. After doing what I recommended, they replicated the issue but still couldn't find the problem. Told them to replace the wiring harness which took more than two more weeks, and still had the issue until another tech took over and found the likely problem. $2k and a month+ later, I am still having the issue and I am scared to take my family in the vehicle in fear of another breakdown in rush hour traffic. Very disappointed with their listen, communication, and technicians skills. More

We have bought a total of 5 cars from here & will NEVER go there again. Myvwife brought our 2012 Soul in to see whybthe check engine light was on. They took it back, came back & told my wife that she needs go there again. Myvwife brought our 2012 Soul in to see whybthe check engine light was on. They took it back, came back & told my wife that she needs a new engine. Then immediately sent a shark in from sales to try to tak advantage of her. Brought the car elsewhere & found out was a catalytic converter issue. This was a blatant taking advantage of what was a great customer. I assure you that I will NEVER suggestvthat anyone visit the Rusty Wallace Kia on Alcoa Hwy. Very unprofessional & unacceptable to take advantage of customers like that. Multiple customers have been lost. More

They are always super helpful and accommodating. They explain everything easily and don’t try to pull any crap.
