Jenna is amazing and I know she is doing the best with the cards she has but the things out of her control are unacceptable. They had my car for two months and $3500.00 later my car is leaking coolant whi the cards she has but the things out of her control are unacceptable. They had my car for two months and $3500.00 later my car is leaking coolant which it wasn't before. I've had my car back for about two days when this started and was told no loaner available until October which is also when my car can be seen again. Who can wait that long with a car they can't drive and no alternative transportation. I was basically left with no other option then to try and figure it out myself and that's how I eneded up at valvoline. They were able to reconnect hoses that were loose and causing the leak free of charge and 15 minutes later my car isn't leaking coolant. Glad I didn't wait til October for such an easy fix. More
