Great staff and completed the recall work as promised. Nice, clean place with small snack or drinks available for free. We only drink our own water, but it was nice of them to offer. I went in to have my seat replaced which I was told would take 3-4 hours and instead it took 5 days. They told me that I would have a rental car and when I arrived I hate to wait another 90 minutes before th take 3-4 hours and instead it took 5 days. No one communicated to me at all that the service was going to take longer than the 3-4 hours. Extremely disappointed More
