All staff I talked with were very polite and helpful. I WAS happy to find the road from Knoxville to Alcoa was open and the trip was short. I had changed to another location for service. This is by far my WAS happy to find the road from Knoxville to Alcoa was open and the trip was short. I had changed to another location for service. This is by far my favorite place. The sales department kept me entertained trying to get me to trade my car. Love my car. But they too were very nice gentleman and since I hadn't even thought about a new car understood why I wanted to wait. I will probably be ready for 2022 Soul Turbo, black or white with a little red striping by November or as soon as I find the right one. More

They told me that my battery was at 0% health… after starting the vehicle without assistance to drive it into the bay. I was upset at first to be “put off” til August, when I called that my engine light was on. This is our only car, I was desperate. They agreed to “fit me in” if I brought the car in on Saturday.
