By far the worst customer service I ever had. I called on Friday when I started to notice an issue with my car. I was blown off told that there was no way I could have an issue with my alternator. I expressed to her that I was out of state on vacation with my kids and was worried. I asked if I could get a loaner car in the meantime and leave it there. I was told no.Even though I’m under warranty. I was given the number for roadside assistance in case I were to break down and then they would take me in. Of course my car did break down because I did need a new alternator. And I was stranded in another state. Unable to receive a loaner car because I was going to be traveling out of state to where I lived. I was also told on the phone that they would tow my car to any Kia location with my warranty. But then when it came time they said they would only tow it to the closest Kia . The communication was horrible. All could’ve been avoided if I could’ve brought my car to them on Friday and gotten a loaner car. so on Monday when my car broke down I got it towed to this horrible Kia dealership. Was not given a loaner car had to get a rental car. Drove home to Georgia. To get a phone call the next day that my part was coming in from Georgia to Tennessee. And then had to drive back up to Tennessee to pick up my car once it was finished. More

We have ALWAYS had good experiences with Rusty Wallace Kia service. This was, however, the worst experience ever. At our initial scheduling, we were promised a rental vehicle. They backed out on that unti Kia service. This was, however, the worst experience ever. At our initial scheduling, we were promised a rental vehicle. They backed out on that until my husband arrived for the appointment and explained how wrong it was for them to back out on a promised vehicle. Later in the day, my husband was called and told that the calipers were seized and needed to be replaced as well as the brakes. Those calipers were NOT locked up when he drove the car there. They wanted $1020 to do the work. He told them to forget it, he would come get the vehicle. They told him the car wasn’t drivable. He told them to get the vehicle back into the same condition it was when he got it there. He ordered calipers and brakes to fix it himself for $400. He got the vehicle home, put it up on racks and saw that the calipers were NOT seized and brakes were fine. He has video and photos to prove so. Now he’s stuck with $400 worth of special-ordered parts that he doesn’t need. We ALMOST got screwed out of over $1000 that we DO NOT HAVE. We always thought that we’d always have a Kia...now we’re not so sure. More

Dropping my vehicle off was very quick and easy. They had a loaner car immediately available and the finished the service sooner than they estimated. I was very disappointed this time.I had an appointment at 10 and I get there 20 minutes early and I was told it would take an hour and a half and I said ok see you in an hour anda half.So I have my daughter 10 and I get there 20 minutes early and I was told it would take an hour and a half and I said ok see you in an hour anda half.So I have my daughter come pick me up and because I left the waiting room it turned into 3 hours because I then became a waiter.That has never happened to me before and I have been bringing my car there ever since I bought it.Very disappointed.
