I was planning on writing corporate after dealing with KIA in Louisville, TN last week, but I decided it probably wouldn't do any good anyway, so I just left it alone. However today I received a text and an automated call from them asking me to review the service. Well first off, there was no service. Originally, I had made an appointment to come up and have a seal fixed for the FOURTH time on my 2017 KIA Forte still under warranty. Ever since I bought it brand new from KIA Oak Ridge, it has had this problem. One time, even my entire floor became soaked with rain water. At that point they had said it was something about the trunk seal. This problem has caused me several days off from work, plenty of gas and a few blown tail lights along with being pulled over for the blown tail lights because of all the moisture in the casings .I have had a swarm of ants make their way into the vehicle as well and no the windows and doors were not open, They got in somewhere wherever the water comes in from I am sure. So I had this appointment (I have used Louisville because it is closer than Oak Ridge, yet still over an hour away from my house), Took off work half day and drove up, only to be met by a snotty manager when I had also before coming mentioned the cd player has never worked right. Of course last time I took it up there, it suddenly worked and then later went back to crackling noises like static. So this manager asks me why I still play cd's anyway instead of an ipod or what ever new high tech stuff is out there. Then I said the whole point is that a brand new car should have a cd player that works, and he said, "It's not a brand new car" and I said it WAS A BRAND NEW CAR WHEN I BOUGHT IT!!! and the cd player didn't work right off and the tail lights have been a problem all along. So, anyway, I drove up for the appointment last week and they had me sit and wait and all for nothing. They came in and handed me a paper and said they have ordered the part after diagnosing the problem and that they will call me when the part comes in. How come every other time I have had an appointment they would already have the part ready and supposedly fix it? Why would they have to diagnose it if I told them what it is and you can see the water in the tail light and it has happened several times??? Matt Fischer was a good manager. It is too bad he is not there anymore. He cared about the customers. I was thinking of helping my daughter buy a new KIA but I won't be going there. I am still waiting for the part on this one .I don't know any of their names from that day but I believe it was Jenna who made my appointment that time. She was very friendly. More

Explained warranty work needed to be done when appt was made. Rear taillight is full of water and I was assured on the phone before appt was made that parts were in stock. Sorento manual was removed from the glove box and nowhere to be found although it was in there when the car was dropped for service on Thursday and was gone when we needed it over the weekend for a dashboard light that was on. Called on Monday and was told they don't typically remove those.... More

Originally had oil changed, cap was left off and it went everywhere under my hood and in my garage. They Re-did it free of charge.
