I am on my second KIA Soul and have loved both of them. No complaints. I also love my service department staff. They are always pleasant, accommodating and work with me to get things done. I have made 3 trips in there lately so Jenna and I are best friends. Blue tooth stopped working, easy fix. h\Hit a curb and blew a tire, again taken care of within a day. Car kept not starting, took 2-3 tries, brought it in for battery check on Saturday, needed plugs and tires.
