The parts fellow that helped us this time is the same gentleman that has taken such good care of us before. His name is Corey Husketh. Not a great experience. I scheduled service for an unfamiliar noise. They diagnosed the wheel baring being bad but didnt have the part. Told me to pay for it and when it comes in (about 3 days later) unfamiliar noise. They diagnosed the wheel baring being bad but didnt have the part. The part came in so i called and they (female - did not give name) said sorry next available day is a week in advance. So instead of getting it put on 3 days later i had to wait 10 days. If that's how it works why did Cody not tell me up front and schedule the appointment the day we ordered the part. I drive my car for a living so you can imagine the stress of breaking down any moment looming over my head. Would not recommend this dealership. Parkside Kia is 1000 times better than Rusty Wallace.
