Customer service centric and courteous staff, but could use some improvement on listening to what the customer requests. For the 2nd time now, I have asked for an oil change and both times they performed a use some improvement on listening to what the customer requests. For the 2nd time now, I have asked for an oil change and both times they performed a tire rotation that adds an additional cost to my expected price. Maybe this is something I need to be more conscious about clarifying from now on when requesting service. Clean garage bay, but all loaner cars are consistently dirty and have offensive odors. Some seem really old and have issues like sloshy handling and brakes. Also, I'm 6'2", 300+lbs and drive a Telluride. My loaner vehicle was a older model Kia Soul. When they provide a courtesy wash, it is appreciated, but whatever system they use leaves streaks and spots to where my vehicle looks more dirty after I pick it up then when I dropped it off. For the car service work load this dealership has, I believe the staff does the best they can, and I appreciate the courtesy they show when trying to help customers. More
