The service was friendly and efficient. I had a coupon for 39.99 for the essential. Oil change, 5 point inspection and tire rotation. I told them that I did not need my tires rotated as I just replaced ti for 39.99 for the essential. Oil change, 5 point inspection and tire rotation. I only personally dealt with Jenna and she was kind, knowledgeable and courteous. The team did a good job of getting my vehicle in and out quickly. Service manager refused to consider that new electrical problems with car following engine replacement was related to pulling engine. Claimed since he didn't see the car and it was towed in that he wasn't problems with car following engine replacement was related to pulling engine. Claimed since he didn't see the car and it was towed in that he wasn't going to accept that it was their doing. Said he could fix it but he he would have to charge us. Problems were ordinary and parts failed all the time. When my son got upset at him and used an expletive. He dismissed himself and brought his card over and said if we took it to another KIA dealership and they found it was RE KIA's fault he would pay for it. Left RW KIA with an inoperable horn, lights inop, and found that hot sounded with left turn signal engaged. Parkside KIA found two different electrical lines had been crossed, one color coated yellow, the other blue. Corrected problem and car is back to normal. Corey was great when car was first brought in, hence the 2 stars. More
Recall review. We had two 2008 cars recalled, made the appointments for both on different days. On arrival, we were met very cordially and checked the first car in w We had two 2008 cars recalled, made the appointments for both on different days. On arrival, we were met very cordially and checked the first car in while we did an appointment in West Knoxville. We arrived back at the dealership at about noon. WE were told that we could have the second car done that day and that the recall work would take about an hour, which we agreed to. This thereby eliminated having to bring it back the next day. I waited while the work was done in a very clean and comfortable waiting room. When the work was completed, I took delivery of the car and returned home. However, I have found that the ESC OFF light remains on and the second car ( 4 wheel drive) appears to not have the power. it usually has, so I shall be returning to the dealership on Monday, to find out why. More
