The dealership has been very good to work with. From purchase to regular service and maintenance they have been an excellent partner. I’m very satisfied. So I was disappointed with Corey in the service dept. I left the car for service and was told to expect a call shortly after lunchtime. When I had not received a call by 5:00 I called in. Was told that the car was ready and that they tried to reach me. (No indications a call on my phone) I picked up the car the next day with no apparent issue. However I got a call the following day that”my part had arrived”. The cabin air filter cover had broken and they ordered a new one. No one mentioned this either when I called or when I picked the car up. I made another trip to the dealer and the part was installed quickly. I’m satisfied with the end result, but I wish the communication had been better. More
