Wrecker took car to kia on a Thursday morning would not start.Did not receive call so I called and Alex said it would be friday before they looked at car.I called monday and Alex was off so talked to cory start.Did not receive call so I called and Alex said it would be friday before they looked at car.I called monday and Alex was off so talked to cory and he said they charged battery up and did a load test and battery checked bad.I told him battery had been installed new roughly 8 months ago and he verified that to be the truth.He then said it would be covered under warranty. So on Tuesday when I had not heard anything from service department I called and spoke with alex and he told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the car that everything checked out ok.I told him we are picking it up and taking to another dealership where they could fix the problem. We actually took the car and traded it so we wouldn't have to worry about the battery issue again and most importantly we will never ever have to deal with Rusty Wallace kia on alcoa hwy again. Times have changed!! I sent a note for what I needed with my son and he gave it to the service reception—-the second item on my note was to put 35 lbs. air in tires—this was only done on the left side—- with my son and he gave it to the service reception—-the second item on my note was to put 35 lbs. air in tires—this was only done on the left side—-R front had30lbs and R rear had 27 lbs.—-The inside steering wheel was sticky.
