Went to Rusty Wallace KIA located in Alcoa TN to purchase a Teluride. They were very friendly and accommodating. We wanted a vehicle they didn't have so they found one in Atlanta GA for us. Been there for a noise in the engine compartment, they diagnosed it and fixed it rather that saying, Oh it's normal. It was a vibration noise from a hardline hose rubbing another hard surface.
