If I could give your people a negative rating I would. I was never so annoyed with the staff as I was when I brought my car there. After the oil change I started to hear a popping noise in the steering whee was never so annoyed with the staff as I was when I brought my car there. After the oil change I started to hear a popping noise in the steering wheel. After bringing it back I was told by the staff that I was going to need 1900 dollars in repairs. I thought that was a little excessive so I took it to another certified shop. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it for 1,350 less. I had asked about a recall for my car and was rudely told that if I was going to show him the news article he didn’t need to see it and told me not to worry about that stuff. I have never been treated so rudely by people as I have there. The only saving grace it one female that works in the shop. She actually talked to me like a human. Everyone else there can go eat worms for all I care. I don’t think I will do business there again. Also, when they tightened my lug nuts back on the over torqued them to the point where a normal human could not take them off. Had I have gotten a flat tire I couldn’t change it because of that and that should be addressed. Horrible horrible service and rude staff just lost this customer forever. More
