The service advisors were friendly and as good as I’ve dealt with anywhere. I have a big issue with the amount of time I waited. I had an 11AM appointment to check on a tire leak. At approximately 12:15, dealt with anywhere. I have a big issue with the amount of time I waited. I had an 11AM appointment to check on a tire leak. At approximately 12:15, I was told that I had a nail in the tire. It took another 20 minutes to complete the work. It does not take over an hour to find a nail in a tire. If they were running behind, I should have been told. This is an ongoing problem at this dealer. It takes double the time to do the same work as it does at the local Honda dealership for my wife’s car. The advisors are nice, but the work takes way to long. More
