They were polite and gave me a loaner to use. When I came to pick up my car I noticed that one of the thing that was supposed to have been fixed was not. I told the sales manager due to the service departmen to pick up my car I noticed that one of the thing that was supposed to have been fixed was not. I told the sales manager due to the service department was close. He came out and looked and told me he would have someone to contact me from the service department. They did contact me and I have set up a new service appointment. He offered me the loaner but I choose to take my car and reschedule service for another time. He was very polite and understood my complaint. More
