My car was having issues. I had taken it to another place and spent 500.00, but it was still doing the same thing. I decided to bring it to the Kia shop (had heard good things from coworker, Noah Bowman). T and spent 500.00, but it was still doing the same thing. I decided to bring it to the Kia shop (had heard good things from coworker, Noah Bowman). The first day I took it in, it took all day to diagnose (which is why I am giving a 4 instead of 5). They told me they would order the parts and call when they got in, but they never called. I finally called and set up an appointment which I had to reschedule. They worked me in the next day (Saturday ) and fixed my car. They were pleasant and let me know what they were doing. Waiting area was comfortable and clean. when I drove my car, I could immediately feel the difference and knew they had taken care of my problems. Considering the amount of work and that they were squeezing me in on a Saturday, they finished in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the service that day. The only minor issue is that they gave me a number to text if I had questions while they are working, but they didn’t respond when I asked one. Other than that - perfect. The car is still doing great a week later. I don’t think the people I worked with on Saturday were mentioned below. I would give them 5’s. More
