The customer service was great, but the transmission services I had were a bit pricey. Especially the labor charges. Interesting When I dropped off my car, everything was fine but when I came to pick it up, it was a different story. I could not get anyone to tell me if they rota When I dropped off my car, everything was fine but when I came to pick it up, it was a different story. I could not get anyone to tell me if they rotated my tires. Also, a man and woman were standing around and smacking their cigarette packs on their hands (packing them, I suppose). I felt that was unprofessional. When I called to ask about my tire rotation, I was transferred 4 different times and no one knew if they had been rotated or not. When I spoke to Jenna, she tried to get in contact with Corey but he would not come to the phone and they were shouting back and forth to one another and I never did get a clear answer. I felt they were unorganized and not very professional. When I first bought my car, BJ set high expectations for me because he was amazing and very professional. I was sad to see the service department does not get held to high standards like their sales people do. More
