I was returning home from Bryan College to Madisonville, on the old Athens highway between Athens and Madisonville, when an oncoming car caused me to swerve and go off the road about six inches. I must have hit a ditch, because suddenly my tired exploded, and the front right tire went from 35 to 8. I was terrified, as it totally dark and black, there were cars behind me and no where to turn around. At any rate, I managed to make it to a factory four miles back, and the night supervisor helped me to call the A and J auto wrecker. He put the spare tire on for me. When I got back home to Madisonville, I immediately contacted your night online emergency service, and a Rusty Wallace represesntative was on the phone within two minutes. Plus, the next morning, Tuesday, February 4th, Mr. Hersch from Rusty Wallace called and left a message on my answering machine, explaining to me how to handle this. The service at Rusty Wallace was as always perfect, and Cory gave me a loaner car. More

7500 mile service I had an appointment on a Saturday afternoon for service. Was told it should take 1-1 1/2 hours.
