We took our 2020 Sportage in for first service.We were greeted outside by the service manager.Everyone we came in contact with was very courteous. Waited 1.5hrs to be told they have wrong part. I had an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I actually had to go check on the service progression. No one came to me. So there is no telling when they discovered appointment 2 weeks in advance. I actually had to go check on the service progression. No one came to me. So there is no telling when they discovered they had the wrong part. They just let me sit there. Given a loaner & told to refill before returning as if it was my fault. Was told my car should be ready the next day or that Monday. Heard nothing so I called. Was told they tried to put an AFTERMARKET part on my car but it didn't fit and that the new part will be in Tues. I do not take my car to kia for aftermarket parts!!! Was called Tuesday saying my car was ready. I filled the tank up before turning the loaner. I was pissed the entire time because I was told I would be charged $4+ per gallon if I didn't. What they would charge, I have no clue because I was not signing a bill for that. Nevertheless, it was the worst experience I've had at this location. More

Maintenance appt started on time and was completed in less than anticipated time. All work and recommendations were thoroughly explained.
