Service Visit I took my Sorento in for it’s 1st oil change, was offered the shuttle service back to my home but I chose to wait. I was given a time of an hour and a I took my Sorento in for it’s 1st oil change, was offered the shuttle service back to my home but I chose to wait. I was given a time of an hour and a half for them to complete the service (they were busy). Exactly an hour and a half later they were finished! She went over the details of the inspection and recommended that on my next visit to add the oil conditioner for better performance. I was very pleased! While wait I was offered something to drink and one lady even offered to buy me something from the vending machine! Talk about going above and beyond customer service! More
