Long wait time I chose to stay and wait for my oil change. I noticed my car got moved out front about 40 min after they started it. I thought maybe they had something else to do with it since no one came to get me in the lobby. About an hour later, someone moved my car to the side of the parking lot. At that point, I went to the desk to check and of course it was all done. I sat in the lobby this entire time, and yes I told them I was waiting when they asked. I wouldn't be getting my oil changed here if not one of the warranty requirements. More
