Lemon, lemon, awful service department We purchased a preowned vehicle & after less than a week the car was overheating & engine light came on. Sales manager, Court, was great & kind & understanding. The salesman we originally dealt with couldn't be bothered with us. The car went into the service department where we were told what they supposedly found, but it needed to go to a different dealership to finish. We were assured it would be there next business day by a man in the service department, it was not. After a week, we were told it was ready. Blame went to everyone else for delays & lack of communication. I didn't even get out to the street off the lot when the check engine light went on again.... I understand things happen, especially when it's a preowned vehicle, but this is ridiculous. More

The Service writer was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. My only complaint is the waiting room is ruled by 1 TV that everyone has to watch or hear and in very uncomfortable chairs. More

Scheduled service when I checked in for my 100,000 mile service the service clerk suggested the cooling system be serviced since it would be turning cold which I apprec when I checked in for my 100,000 mile service the service clerk suggested the cooling system be serviced since it would be turning cold which I appreciated. Dont know what to say So I came to dealership to change transmission fluid and power steering fluid and I needed extra key. Clerk took all necessary info from me and had sent me to wait. There was no microwave oven in waiting room because I took some food with me. But its no big deal. When clerk called for me and said that everything is ready He announced to me that he couldn't cut the key for some vague reason. But its not big deal I went to key making store and they made this key for 10 min!!! Next day I decided to check power steering fluid and I discovered that fluid was all the same dark black color. So it wasn't even changed and I was charged $ 130 service fee. I'm very upset with service. More

Recall:software update Duane was courteous and helpful in getting the recall warranty work done . My appointment was not until 1pm Saturday but I had just finished golfing a Duane was courteous and helpful in getting the recall warranty work done . My appointment was not until 1pm Saturday but I had just finished golfing and was near by and thought I would just checkin early at approximately 1155 am and watch a little football in the mean time. Duane checked me in and within an 45min I was heading home having also received a complimentary multi-point inspection and top off of fluids. Thanks guys More

Service Work The work was good except the service manager didn’t seem helpful. He didn’t ask any questions after I had expressed what I thought was wring. He told me the brakes was causing road noise but didn’t offer any additional solutions. So I just paid, and left. The first service manager wasn’t all all personable but the second was much more helpful. More
