Great! Duane immediately met me at my car after I pulled in and showed me to the lobby where there were complimentary drinks and WiFi. My only complaint would be that I had an appointment for 9:30 for an oil change and I was quoted a time of 1 1/2 hours. This seems to be a bit excessive for a customer that has an appointment. Other than that I drive to this location from Knoxville because they are so friendly and helpful! More

Horrible place This is the worst shop I’ve ever been to. The first time I went there I waited 4 hours for my vehicle to be serviced only to be told it wasn’t covered This is the worst shop I’ve ever been to. The first time I went there I waited 4 hours for my vehicle to be serviced only to be told it wasn’t covered by my warranty so my vehicle didn’t get fixed that day. The second time I went I waited 20 min before I was even checked in and one of the guys had an attitude with me from the beginning then I wait 2 hours for my air bag to be fixed only to be told they didn’t have the part needed to fix it! I live over an hour away and made that appointment in advance that part should have been ordered before I got there or at the very least they could’ve told me they didn’t have the part BEFORE I waited 2 HOURS. Needless to say I will never go back there! More
