In addition, Matt Fisher who scheduled this appointment did not tell me that your employees don't work over the lunch hour. I made the mistake thinking that the lunch times were staggered. Your waiting room is in need of renovation. Chairs are very uncomfortable, the floor was dirty. The windows and the snack machines were covered with fingerprints. It would be nice to have a loaner, but there weren't any. The customer before me asked for one and she was also told no. I don't have to return to your location, and am willing to try another dealership. I want to share that Jenna Mayes is professional in dealing with your customers, keep her. Folks, get your act together.! Also, tell the call service for trading my highle desired car out of the 615 area code to STOP calling me. You might benefit from a consultant to evaluate your processes. More

Horrible customer service I bought my highlander there recently. I immediately knew the AC wasn’t working but they guaranteed it would be fixed before I purchased it. I’ve owned it approx 7 weeks now and have taken it to the dealership numerous times. The service department has horrible customer service, one employee in particular was very rude. Their communication is poor! They said the 4th time they would have a rental car waiting we still had the voicemail confirming date and time when my husband arrived they did not have it ready. He waited for 3 hours with my newborn. Every time we go we have to wait hours only to be told nothing is wrong with it. Finally the managers upstairs got involved and guaranteed me that it would be working and if not gave me their personal number. I just picked it up two days ago so we will see. BJ, Heather, Fred and Brian were wonderful! As for the service department everyone I encountered seemed incompetent. More

Efficient and Helpful I have used Rusty Wallace Kia on Alcoa Highway for several years now and have bought 2 cars there. The service department completed my oil change and I have used Rusty Wallace Kia on Alcoa Highway for several years now and have bought 2 cars there. The service department completed my oil change and tire rotation in an hour and even washed the outside of the car. They were also able to show me how to change the temperature gauge from Celsius to Fahrenheit. I will definitely use them again. More
