Had an appt, was told it would be an hour or so/ left 2 hour I made an appt online for 8/13/19 for 815 so I wouldn’t be too late for work. The website did not offer for me to get a loaner which it always has bef I made an appt online for 8/13/19 for 815 so I wouldn’t be too late for work. The website did not offer for me to get a loaner which it always has before. I arrived before 8, was told it would be an hour or so and also that the oil change has gone up to $50. At 950, Duane came and told me it was almost finished. He came to me with filters that needed to be changed. I told him I didn’t have time for that since I had already been there for 2 hours. He came back to get me when it was finished and told me it was going to be $60 and some change. I told him I was not going to pay full price bc I had an appt that I was early for and then waited for 2 hours which made me late for work. He just looked at me like I had 3 heads and said nothing. In the past, whoever I worked with made sure to check for coupons that could be utilized and he did not offer that at all. Luckily, the manager, dark headed with glasses, who is the only person who has been there since we started coming there, overheard me and then asked Duane to bring over the paperwork. They talked and then the manager came over and said that my service was taken care of and he apologized for the inconvenience. I didn’t expect that however it is appreciated most definitely. I think Duane needs some more customer service training. Each time I said something about the wait he never said a word, no I’m sorry, no nothing. I don’t know how many appts you make for the same time but clearly it’s too many or you need more staff. I work in customer service in management in the medical field and if I had done a patient that way, i would have been in some serious trouble. I do appreciate the manager taking care of the service and I will be back because I have never had a bad experience here before until yesterday. More
