Dwayne helped us so much with our Kia Soul. We had just purchased our Kia Soul this past Saturday when all of a sudden the car died on me on the way home. Dwayne at the service center te er was so kind to ask questions, recommend the towing option to the service center, and kept us posted as the status of the car. Fortunately the car has an extended warranty and it was covered. He also suggested that 30,000 mile service was done and we walked away (drove away) with a new car. Thank you so much. More

Incomplete This was the second time I brought my 2016 sorento in for an oil leak. The first time it was barely leaking. After the repairs the oil was changed but This was the second time I brought my 2016 sorento in for an oil leak. The first time it was barely leaking. After the repairs the oil was changed but not the oil filter. Didn’t even bother to ask. So I replaced oil filter myself. Also there was no coolant in reservoir and oil was 1 qt low. I was and am extremely aggravated. After 3000 miles I went to do oil change and there is oil everywhere. The leak is 100 time worse. Take it in. The crank seal now has to be done again. I’m told 2-3 days. I did not get a call for 2 weeks. I told them to make sure to change oil filter this time. They did but did not drain oil completely and mixed blend with my full synthetic. So they then had to change oil. I come back for the 2nd time that day after service closed cause as soon as I could get there. Get keys and check fluids. Guess what oil is a full qt low. So I title this incomplete cause any work that has ever been done has been incomplete. Also they check tires every time I’m there. 3 times in total. Not once have I left with 2 tires at the same pressures. They have ranged from 28-39psi. I understand not all gauges read exact but the tires should all be at same pressure wether high or low More
